I think they're pretty good in keeping with continuity. George is a fan of the EU, that much is pretty clear. If he were to do something involving pre-established canon stories, I don't think he would ruin it.

Keep in mind that the Clone Wars movie isn't being directed by George. He's busy with the live-action TV show.

A spin-off in post-OT might be okay, but I think I would rather not see any adaptations of any current EU novels or materials. In my opinion, it would just ruin it because they would never be able to include anything.

But I would be all up for something that would take place during the same time period with new characters that haven't been seen or read about before in the EU, novels or elsewhere.

I am excited about this post-prequel live-action show, though.

I'm probably the other way around. I'm excited for this movie and kind of wary of the live-action. If George is directing any of the live-action show, I will expect terrible acting and copious amounts of unnecessary CG. We'll see though.

Yeah, thta is counteracted by the fact that Obi-Wan, Anakin, and Yoda sound nothing like themselves.

They didn't even ASK Hayden to reprise his role.
