Under that program (i forget what its called) a newborn can be dropped off with no questions asked. The buzz around the hospital was what an awful thing it was, and how could she, etc. But you know, I said I have a hell of a lot more respect for that mom than the ones who do what the woman in that news story did, or who keep their kid and abuse him.
