Rogue 4 Posted July 3, 2002 Okay...my dream was relly weird...so bear with me. Okay, i was Jaina Solo. I was talking to Mon Mothma,in a bunker, when sirens started blazing. I ran for my squadronmates, and we got into our ships. the ships were really weird though. They looked like speeders, but they were white and black, and fit a few people in each. I'd say about 4. We went up, and barely attacked the Vong, before a single coralskipper fell from the sky, and hit the grassy plains below. My sqadron went back down, and when we came out, Jag , said that someone told him that Tsvong lah was in that coralskipper, and that we captured him alive. i started heading for the room they had him imprissoned in, (in the bunker) and Jag tried to prevent me from going to him. I went anyways, and somehow got him to surrender...

Pandora 77 Posted July 3, 2002 Oh, I've had Vong dreams too. The most recent was about Tsavong Lah! Here. It's REALLY strange where weapons were hidden, so bear with me. Here's the scene:I was myself, but I was either a Jedi without TK or just really, really strong and fast. I was at my school, but it was bigger, the halls were longer, and for some reason there were grass/babmoo huts (like on Guilligan's Island) outside and palm trees, and towers made of similar material. There are two levels to my school(FYI). I started out running through one of the upper-level halls in the North Building (You'll learn the layout of my school in a second...). This is a hall I had to go through every day to get to wellness and Geography, but I was going the wrong way: I had just come up the stairs and entered the building. I was at the front of a big group of people, all running (refugees, most likely). I felt this incredible sense of fear, and I looked back over my shoulder and saw a Vong hunting party start throwing humans around at the back of the group. I did what anyone with a desire to live would do: I ran faster. I came to another stair well (there's above twelve of them in this school) and jumped to the first landing, then all the way down and ran out the doors to the parking lot where the portable classrooms are. All around me there were landing ships and Skips and Vong and running, screaming people, and dead people. I dashed to the portables, which are connected by a type of boardwalk (there are seven-- four on one side, three on the other), and in to Portable One (right on the edge, but the closest one to the school). It was blessedly empty, so I sat down in a chair and caught my breath, which, surprisingly enough, wasn't very shallow yet, even though I'd just run half-way across campus. I heard some more screaming outside, and Vong growling and speaking their own language (which I did NOT understand, BTW) starting to get closer. So I ran out the other door (each portable has two) and lept off the boardwalk and over the chain-link fence, towards the huts (didn't occur to me that they were out of place). I grabbed onto a bamboo support and swung myself up to the platform and climbed to the top (Kinda a jackie Chan thing). From my perch I could see pretty much everything on this side of the school, and watched the Vong chase people down, kill them, or load them onto ships to take as slaves. Landers and coralskippers were constantly landing or taking off. After a Vong spotted me and started to make his way across the parking lot, I jumped down, vaulted over the chain-link fence and back up to the boardwalk, and high-tailed it back into the North Building, this time the lower level. I made my way out to the courtyard (the prettiest place on campus, tress, flowers, benches, a garden, really, that seperates the North, Main, and South buildings, and holds the offices). Running through, I saw all the trees and flowers and shrubs were dead or dying of Vong disease. It was really sad, and it almost made me cry, because I love the courtyard: it's so peaceful when no one is there. I kept running, though, to the South building on the lower level. I ran through some corridors and then it really got weird. I found myself in another courtyard (that we do not have), but it looked like a Pagan had decorated it. It was so beautiful: coblestone pathway, a fountain in the center, and stone bookshelves with books sitting on them. i looked up and saw it was actually enclosed, but there was still a breeze there, and leaves and ivy were gently blowing in it. I ran arouns the bookshelves and found myself inside a darkened library. I instantly knew that i had found the safeest place in the school (no clue how though). It was huge: a wide (and I do mean WIDE) set of stairs led up to a black curtain that was almost invisible in the dark. On either side of the stairs, there were balconies. nothing on them but a railing. All the books had been cleared out, but there were statues lining the bottom level (one, I noticed later on, was a giant rubber duckie. Don't ask, I don't know either, but on the opposite side was a turkey). Anyway, I ran up the stairs, feeling as if I really had no place here, ducked through the opeing in the curtain and found the most hidious thing I had ever seen: bodies. Hundreds of bodies, all unrecognizable, some naked. An old woman, or at least a worn-looking woman, was photgraphing and logging them. Another group of people had the terrible job of putting them in a make-sith mortuary, which was really little more than a vacant closet. I found a man that apeared to be in charge and asked him what was going on. He never really said anything, but I got the feeling (this is why I think I was a Jedi) from him that it was all over, that we had lost. He had the look of impending doom in his eyes. When I turned around, the curtain was open. I looked down the stairs at the sound of more screaming, and saw a group of people rushing in, carrying another body. I and a group of others ran down to meet them. Two of the men from my group took the body up the stairs grimly, and I gathered from the cries that someone was coming. Obviously a Vong, or they wouldn't have been so upset. We all ran back up the stairs and closed the curtain behind us. I crouched on the balcony on the left of the stairs if you werelooking down the stairs, hoping I could see without being seen. A single Vong came through the door a moment later, looking around, with the air of an animal sniffing out his prey. I recognized him as Tsavong Lah. Most of my fear was replaced with the blood-thirst desire to make him pay, knowing he was responsible for the bodies behind me, but I knew I had no chance where I was. Just as I was about to leap over the railing and tackle him, a woman wearing an ooglith masquer, disguising herself as a beautiful Vong (or as close as they get, at any rate) caught Tsavong Lah's attention. He followed her out a side door to a path through the woods. I heard someone say there was a Kodiak (don't ask) that was going to maul him on the trail. My first thought was that poor girl is going to die too. But a few minutes later, we were still waiting. We were just starting to relax, thinking it had worked, when Tsavong Lah came charging through the wall without flinching. He stood there and looked around for a minute and we sank back behind the curtain, praying he hadn't seen us. SOme ment charged at him from another room, but it did no good: he just batted them aside. I started looking for weapons and noticed that same old woman pull a rifle out of a body bag, and she moved to the balcony, and started shooting at Tsavong Lah. She either missed completly, or it bounced off his vonduun crab armor. I saw a young man (19, maybe 21) drop a black garbage back on the ground and said, "that's all we've got left." I looked inside it and saw a bunch of stuffed animals. The guy picked up a taddy bear and went to the balcony. He pulled the tail back and squeezed its stomach and bullets came out of the nose. Aha, I thought. Very clever. i dug into the bag and pulled out a bear, and imitated what the others were doing. I hit the remains of the wall above him, but managed to hit him with the shrapnel. Not bad considering I'd never fired a weapon before in my life, and the teddy bear is a little strange anyway. When I ran out, I ran back to the bag and saw that there was only a few almonds and Oreos in there. I pulled out an oreo and look inquisitively to the teen. "Throw it," said. "But push the center first." I looked at him like he was crazy, but I went to the balcony again, pushed down on the center of the cookie, and blades like a circular saw sprung out of it. I hurled it like a frisbie at Tsavong Lah. It hit the giant rubber duck (which turned out to be plaster) and it exploded on him, causing him to at least sheild his eyes. I threw on of the almonds at him, and it exploded right above his head. Tsavong Lah was on the ground now, and I had found a panda bear that was disguising a rocket launcher. I figured out how to fire it, took aim, and hit him right in the chest, but not killing him imediatly, but he was certainly down for the count. While everyone around me stood gaping, I wasn't satisfied, so I ran down to see if he was in fact dead yet. He tried to stand, but he was pretty much a gonner anyway. I still had one rocket left in the panda. We made eye contact, and I smirked viscuosly. His eyes told me he knew it was his end. I fired the rocket at him right there at point blank range, and watched with satisfaction as he burst into flames. Strange? Sadistic? I know.
