well, i got X-rays taken of my tailbone. the nurse practitioner (i felt waay uncomfortable seeing the guy doctor who usually handles my visits) said she was really surprised it wasn't broken, but she said to treat it as if it were. so now i have to sit on a donut pillow...which is a little too small, and isn't helping much while driving. this sucks...

I feel your pain. When I hurt mine, the doctors told me that I needed to take it easy, and to try and lay on my stomach at work...on ship. I mean, come on. What kinda meds did they give ya?

Ugh, I am so sick of this abdominal pain. It's been on and off for a few weeks now and I went to the doctor yesterday and they ordered some labs and an utrasound so it's going to take at least another week to get the results from all the tests. Last night it hurt so bad that I took some motrin and that didn't help so I topped it off with a vicodin. Ugh

It's not. The pain ended up so bad last night that not even vicodin was working so I went to the Emergency room. An abdominal x-ray and exam later (and 3 hours) and it's declared constipation. I didn't know that could cause abominal pain like that

Nabumetone. it's the same stuff i took for my knees, and i was taking it before i went to the doctor before my tailbone. she said just take two...and get loopy . it hurts the worst when i'm driving, and i can't drive when i take my pills...
