On the topic of maths, how did you find the paper today?

do u know how to find he area of a octagon? was ur final answer 6.06? please?

something like that. I can't remember actually.... It's sounds about right though. And an octagon, you just divide it into triangles and do it that way, or two trapeziums and a rectangle

i did it both ways (and came up with different answers!), but they only gave us one length. i worked out the pyramd bit by 1/4 a b c, and drew cubes and split them into tiangles. I hope the examiner iis impressed, I worked everything out myself on that question, everything!

Take right at two weeks. We did a two month jaunt out west in 2000. We were in an RV so it wasn't too bad. We saw a lot of cool stuff but man we hit Death Valley...

I think my worst road trip was across france, with my friend Hatty for a skiing holdiday. We had to stop ver night, but it was about 30hrs overall.

For my 8 grade trip we had a bus. There was like 30 of us and 7 chaperones. Man it was great tho

*chuckles* Yeah we managed to freak out our chaperones. They couldn't find us b/c we all smushed together in the bathroom at the back of the bus and didn't make any noise until a parent opened the door and me and several other people fell out the door onto the floor. It was well cushioned. The teachers thought it was great.
