I'm so sick of these stomach issues. I'm so sick of the pain, the nausea, the gas. The activia yogurt is helping some but not enough. This specialist that I'm going to on Tuesday had better have some good ideas

Well, part of the problem is that the bacteria that my digestive system needs to work is totally missing. I'm good most days until I eat. Which is why I'm eating the activia yogurt. It's got extra bacteria that helps to regulate the digestive system
