i've had a migrane since last thursday. nothing has helped. ibprofen, acetemetophen, migrane specific pills, tylenol, nothing has worked against it. i tried sleeping it off, chairopractic, caffeine, sunglasses, quiet, loud, wine, doing something else to keep my mind off of it (but i can't bend over without more throbbing, so that doesn't work all of the time), heat, cold, icy hot...i missed three days of classes because i couldn't move in the mornings.

i don't know what to do.

Yea, that's definitely something you should get checked out.

So, the time of year that I hate the most has officially begun. The Holiday season used to actually mean something to me, now, it's just gotten so out of control I can't stand it. It's all about money, buy this and that, get people all these presents. What happened to just being thankful for what you have, to cherishing the time with family? I hate this time of year, because I know that at the end of it all, we'll down another couple grand. The wife loves getting people presents. Says it makes her feel good to get people stuff. That's all well and good, but I just don't understand it. I can feel good about just spending time with the ones I love, I don't feel that I have to buy a bunch of sith to show it. I dunno. I've got this mental block about buying people presents now, because it's become so expected. I just have to do the unexpected, and not get anyone anything. I hate society.

i agree. although i do enjoy getting presents for everyone, because it does make me feel good knowing i got them something they like. but as i've gotten older, the presents become less important and i look forward more to spending time with family.

Well, it would help if I knew what everyone wanted. :p

Everytime someone tells me something that they would like, I don't remember it. I have to remember enough crap about work, and how to breath, and that kinda stuff, than to have to worry about remembering what everyone wants for Christmas. :p

Reasons NOT to Buy Apple:

~No tech support, and what little there is is crappy

~No software. Generally speaking, none of the software that comes out for Windows in compatable with Apple computers

Reasons TO Buy Apple:

~No viruses

you decide :p

I'd rather have a virus or two, and be able to use software, than be completly safe and not have a freaking thing to do.

I heard that you can actually run windows on an Apple now. Dunno if you can just install on there, or if it's some sort of add on. Just proof that Apple realizes that it can't continue to try and be different. :p I don't think I've heard of any PC's running an Apple operating system...could be wrong.
