Emergence Day for Gears of War was supposed to be Tuesday, November 7th 2006. But nooooo.....because of the demand and whatnot EB Games and GameStops won't be getting their shipments until later today (it's the 8th...today counts) either the morning or afternoon. It's BS!!! I've been waiting for this frickin' game since I first read about it in Game Informer like 2 years ago...Would it be so freaking hard to release the game for sale on the exact date that it was released??? I suppose so

oh...btw...my friend chris played the beta and he gave it a bad review.

I've heard mixed reviews about it too. But....Is/was he a die hard fps/survival-horror/action game fanatic? Did he also take into account the AI, plot, gameplay, and replay value

From seeing gameplay and trailers and sith....the only downside to GoW that I can perceive is in the replay value...gameplay looks terrific, plot can't be too cliche (what other game has you fighting creatures that can burrow and pop out in front of you whenever), and graphics are just insane no matter how you look at it.

The plot kicks ass, gameplay is insanely awesome....you have to actually be skilled and not just be a decent FPS player. Or he rushed through without using cover in any way shape or form

But...I'm an rpg fanatic too....along with games like these. In my oppinion...if you don't have GoW and you have a 360....you're a heathen the game is just too freakin awesome to pass up.

So, I gave up on the guy. He ignored me. I decided he wasn't worth it. So now I like my lab partner (I really feel juvenille, for the record) Except I'm worried that he's gonna be like all the other guys...and reject me.

I've never had a guy before. And it's annoying.
