  1. Lego have revealed that their next video game will be Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens, continuing the Lego Star Wars saga and bringing it up to date with the latest movie. The game, developed by TT Games and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, will feature new characters and locations from The Force Awakens and promises to bring back the classic Lego humor and add newly enhanced features that have not been seen in previous Lego video games. Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be released on 28th June 2016 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PlayStation Vita, Xbox One, Xbox 360, Wii U, Nintendo 3DS, and Windows PC. Keen Lego gamers may recall that the original Lego Star Wars video game was the first of Lego's licensed video games back in 2005, and it's great to see Lego continue to be a part of the Star Wars family.     Rebels teasers and toys revealed

    Rebels is set 14 years after the events of Revenge of the Sith and will feature one central group of characters, and while each episode has its own unique story it will all form part of a larger picture, according to executive producer Dave Filoni. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1cAwLmyARpE http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qogqaJ2aXQc We've already seen some of the new characters on the Rebels cast, but LEGO has recently released images of the accompanying mini figures and sets, which can be seen over at io9.com. Not to be outdone by LEGO, Hasbro have revealed their own line of action figures at Toy Fair 2014 in New York this week. You can see images of this line over at StarWars7news.com, including a closer look at some of the characters that haven't been properly revealed yet.

    You may already have seen LEGO Star Wars: Microfighters in your local stores, but now you take control of your microfighters in the new iOS game out now. Microfighters provides arcade-style action and lets you zoom across familiar terrain, such as Ender, Hoth, and Geonosis, and use your ships to blast enemies and objects to collect the ubiquitous studs, as familiar to anybody who has played a previous LEGO game as rings are to Sonic. There are a number of microfighters to choose from, from the rebel X-Wing to the mighty Death Star, and a multitude in between. Don't worry, of course the Millennium Falcon is there too. LEGO Star Wars: Microfighters is currently priced at $0.99 / £0.69 and is optimized for both iPhone and iPad.
