Nate 0 Posted October 1, 2005 Other. Ironically, I saw Vision of the Future at a local book shop when I was 12, decided it looked alright and picked it up. Hooked on SW and SW literature ever since. I suppose you're asking yourself why the above is ironic, eh? Well, because I started reading SW literature with VotF, which, at the time, was essentially the last SW book in the time line... Not gO 0 Posted October 10, 2005 I voted other. I got into SW way back in '77. I remember bits an pieces from the theater and still have a toy or two. I saw Empire at a drive in theater. Thats when I and my brothers really got into it. To this day Empire is still my all time favorite.

Strike 0 Posted March 4, 2006 My dad made me watch the movies when I was younger, along with Star Tek but I only ever got into Star Wars. The first non-disney movie I got was Empire Strikes back, way back in '92 I think it was.
Andy 60 Posted March 5, 2006 Coolness. My dad likes ST, for some odd reason though he won't even look at SW. He's obviously insane.
Strike 0 Posted March 5, 2006 Coolness. My dad likes ST, for some odd reason though he won't even look at SW. He's obviously insane. I think my dad used to like Trek better, but with my brothers and I shouting Star Wars everytime he tried to watch it I'm pretty sure he likes Wars better now. He's really big on quoting the emperor.
