Drake 53 Posted April 25, 2008 They were actually really great to me. My ex accidentally put a disc in the tray when there was one in there already and it got jammed. When I opened up the tray, took out one of the discs, and tried playing it, it wouldn't load the game. Same for DVDs that I tried to play. So I sent it in, still under warranty, but there was a mix-up and the delivery place I sent it to shipped it with the wrong delivery company so no one knew where my X-box was for a while. Both X-box support and the delivery company that was supposed to ship it had someone working my case, looking for it. Finally, someone at the other shipping company figured it out and sent it to the right place. X-box eventually gave me back a new console (with 3 more years of warrantee) plus a month free of Live.
