It's 6:30pm. On Christmas Eve. We close at 6:00, like 90% of all commercial locations in teh area. There are 3 cars in the parking lot. A woman drives up and gets out of her car. She wanders over to the automatic doors and finds that they won't open. She turns to me (Who is busy bringing in the damned carts. I hate you carts. I HATE YOU), and she appears disoriented. "Are you closed?", she asks.

My next response was "Yes, we are closed", though for a split second, I contemplated an answer more along the lines of: "No. We just don't want you to come inside."

I hate people.

I hate my coworkers. I was the only person left on the floor after 8pm tonight (no biggie we closed an hour later than everyone thought and I said that I'd stay) so they go to leave at 8pm and they didn't clean out the boys fitting room, clean off the counter or anything and I was supposed to be in girls. No one was doing their job so I had to process all the returns and it was just annoying because I was doing the work of 2 or 3 people

well... Acorn RISC OS is an operating system from the early 90s. it was commonly used in schools in the UK, and i have a load of stuff saved on my disks that i did on teh school computers years ago. So I got an emulator but I need the RISC OS ROMs so i can get the stuff off my disks and convert it into a format the PC can understand.
