i'm a little late to that party. besides, it's not like they would care. this morning we hadn't even been open 15 minutes and i caught someone viewing inappropriate material. and i get so tired of dealing with the same jackasses day after day.

I friggin hate leadership school. It's such a waste of time. They don't really teach anything, it's basically a room full of E-6's arguing about the correct leadership techniques. Well, there are many different ways of leading people, many of which are effective. These damned classes aren't going to change the way people act as leaders, by this time, people are set in there ways. The only thing that I will take from this, is learning more about Navy instructions and the like. I already know how to lead effectively, and I didn't learn it from a class. Utter waste of my time, this is.
