Bad furday 57 Posted September 8, 2011 (edited) yayers! It's finally stopped raining here - was raining since I got out of work this morning at 6:30...and didn't stop. Several counties have declared states of emergency as the floodwaters are supposed to be higher than their highest height in 2006. Too much rain! Edit: laters, right now- it's raining again, and much harder. There's a huge puddle at the bottom of our street, and water is roaring down both sides of the street! This is the third-most prestigious conference in American political science. I'll be going to New Orleans in January!
