Happy Hallowe'en!

I'm not doing anything because I forgot to make/get/buy a costume, plus it's kinda hard to find Legionaire Armor and battle ready Gladi... plus the scrutum (shield) would be like twenty pounds (fourty kilos for you Brits) and would be hell lugging that aorund.

I've had the same costume for the last three years, lol. Wore it to work yesterday, and brought my sabers. When I didn't win the costume competition, there were actually people mad FOR me, haha!

Taking my son out in a little while. He's going to Leonardo. I'll post pics later...

hubby is a Halloween Scrooge, so i doubt we'll be doing much. i want to at least hand out candy, so we'll see. depending on the temperature at trick or treat time, i'll either be wearing my scrubs and go as a nurse, or my poodle skirt and a turtleneck.

No, not really celebrating this year. Just working all night, yays.

But I am planning on doing my fair share of scarfing down candy! :D

I think you are confusing us Brits with Europeans.

I wore my Renaissance costume, 'cause hey, no extra charge. The youngest housemate just turned 21 on Monday, so, rightly, we hit the bars and hit them hard. I'm not missing any chunks, but there are spots that are rather extremely fuzzy. Like, legally-blind fuzzy. It was ridiculously fun. :D

I handed out candy to kids wearing a trick or treat shirt and a stormtropper helmet. :D

The kids loved it, especially all the clone troopers, Vader's, and Anakin's. 'Course some of them are too young to know the difference between a clone trooper and a stormtrooper, but they'll learn.

I got a few MTFBWY too ;)
