When I used to play Jedi Academy I always had dual blades: Green and violet. Cos it's a generally cool combination. Green and purple love eachother *points at sig* lol

Actually, I Star Wars wikied this, and the Jedi have their own sword, called the Jedi Kantana... But I'm a Pro-Western Culture guy, so I'll take a nice Long Sword 1.4 meters equals about.... a little over four feet. And I like my blades strait, so that way, it's a hacking and stabing rather than a slicing.
