TheUnknown 39 Posted August 3, 2007 This could go in the war in Iraq and 2008 races threads, but I'll post it here: Republican Presidential Candidate Advocates Bombing Muslim Holy Sites Here is my comment that I posted on the blog This man is absolutely crazy. Numerous holy sites have been bombed already in the Iraqi civil war. That hasn't deterred anything. Bombing these sites would have the opposite effect: it would provide Muslim extremists evidence that the United States is waging a war against Islam and would radicalize even more Muslims and create more terrorists. I don't believe that humans were once monkeys...nor do I believe that everything was created in seven days. I think the seven day thing was a metaphor.
