My key with New Years Resolutions is not to go for anything quantifiable, because then I'll always feel like I failed. But little quality things, I find are easier to keep up.

My resolutions this year (they're kinda linked) are:

Be less of a doormat for people.

Work on self-esteem.

And I've already made some progress on both those fronts, but not in any describable ways because they're purely internal.
