Today it's nice. Mid 70s.

Last night, though... I guess it stormed pretty hard at home. Wind snapped apart our flagpole, lol.

And another house in the area had a lightning strike on a tree, too. Went up through their in-ground sprinkling.. and I guess there was smoke coming in through their lights and stuff.

So, the two nearest fire departments were back in my little neighborhood for the second time in the last few months, lol.

Oh look, the weather channel. *sits in her booth and tries to stay awake. Gets bored and goes looking for this newbie she keeps hearing about. giggles at the word "geekling".... like a young water fowl wearing taped-up glasses*.

Since when does Pod forgo alcohol? I may be engaged, but it isn't because I'm pregnant. *levitates the bottle of vodka to her and pours it in her mug. Clutches the half-empty bottle to her chest protectively, giving Darth a "MINE!" glare. Sips happily.*

*goes to grab the bottle of Vodka absently while making drinks at the bar. Her hand passes through air for a moment before she realizes it's not there. Turns around to look for it* Hey, has anybody seen the good vodka? I could have sworn I left it here... :/

Okay, I sometimes go back to work after class so I can work on stuff for school, surf the net, etc. When I got back today, it was locked up. Luckily, I have a key. A couple minutes ago, I heard a door shut. I looked around and didn't see anyone. I might outta move into an office. :p

Okay, I did just hear something that sounded like someone walking down the hall not far from my desk (My desk is in an open area).

How am I supposed to research a paper like this? Anyone or anything wanting to haunt me or stalk me needs to make an appointment for after when my paper is due. :p
