Pandora 77 Posted February 9, 2012 So I found this web article about the 10 most underrated Motley Crue songs ever, and honestly I'd never heard but maybe one or two of them before (and at the time probably didn't even notice it was the Crue). Anyway, I came across this little number from their 1997 album that was actually written for John Corabi to sing when he was lead vocals for a while. Corabi has a much deeper voice than Vince Neil, but Neil rejoined the band halfway through recording the album. The article said that Vince couldn't sing the whole song, so Nikki Sixx sings the low parts. Seeing as how he's not known as a vocalist, I had to track down a terrible recording from a live show in Toronto to convince myself that it really was him singing. Sure enough. The growliness of it tickled my fancy. So here you go, for your listening pleasure, "Beauty". (It's the Crue... it's about drugs and women.
