Radioactive Isotope 29 Posted June 30, 2006 ok, i finished it yesterday, and i haven't decided if i like it or not. i know that Allston is setting up for the next 8 books, but it felt like he didn't really spend enough time on any one thing because he had too much to set in motion. there was also no mention of Jacen's daughter, which kinda bugged me, and very little mention of Raynar. maybe (hopefully) they will come up in future books. Mara 29 Posted July 11, 2006 First off.. yeah a little better than the Dark Nest books. And.. what the hell? Jacen's getting weirder all the time... First his travels into other Force cultures... now this? He's obviously strong in the Force... couldn't he see that Lumiya was twisting everything to make it sound good? Hello... he killed another Jedi! And all because he found some Sith yarn ball. All I have to say is.. I hope Mara/Luke find out sooner rather than later before he corrrupts Ben. Though.. Mara vs Jacen might be interesting to read. : p And yeah I agree with JM.. what happened to Allana? There's no mention of her. And it's been what? 3-4 years since? No mention of Tenel Ka or even Hapes. Jacen wasn't even thinking about them, as he did previously. And then the whole Han/Leia/Wedge vs. Jaina/Syal was a little interesting. It's shaping up to be a whole lot more interesting.... instead of just Corellia vs. the GA, it'll be family against family. Wonder if Han will eventually pick a side. Uncle Du 22 Posted September 2, 2006 I thought it was pretty sweet. I really liked the way that What's-Her-Face painted the Sith way to Jacen. I think it would be sweet to see whether or not him going Sith will actually turn out good for the galaxy, or horribly backfire. I would go Sith. The outfits and the name's are so much better.
