okay i have recently learnt how to make sig banners....now how does one make a lightsaber glow like thing....

there's a few different ways, but the way I do is to use a white rounded rectangle (or shaded towards the color of the blade, this depends on how colored you want the core to be.) and a colored rounded rectangle that is larger than the core, slightly transparent, placed under the core's layer, and then with a gaussian blur. just mess around with those until you get a blade that tickles your fancy.

thanks and the banner in my sig happens to be one of my lovely creations..i have some more complex ones..but i amde them for a friend's site

whenever i try to make one in Paint, i always get this big white box where i've tried to add text. how do i fix that?
