Sticks 1 Posted June 27, 2004 There's nothing wrong with going to McDonalds on prom...I know people who've done it...and frankly I woulda rather went there than this dumb expensive place we went this year that had overrated food... Anyone who cashiers ever notice that people treat you like a barber: they really confide in you... The other day I was cashiering at Target...it was between 8 and 9 in the morning, and this guy comes through. I put on my fake "Hello, how are you today?" presentation and smile, and we start saying the usual "Hi, how are you", "I'm fine, thank you, and you?" and then he decides to tell me: "Oh, fine. I'm gonna go home and get drunk, then go to bed." I was like, "Go to bed?!?" He's like, "Yea, I had to work a 16 hour shift and all night, so I'm gonna go home and get drunk then go to bed."
