No kidding. I've always wondered where the being a good neighbor thing went. I'm lucky enough to have at least one good set of neighbors to the left of me. But then, I also live in a house, so it's never as bad as living in an apartment.

so yeah...we called the cops. the police department here is filled with people who don't want to be cops (you can hear it in their voice when you call...at least the night guys...) so they didn't show up when we called, but the guy was late again last night and peeled out. he's supposed to be stopping by tonight to apologize, but there's a slim chance of that happening...
