i swear, the universe hates me. i was coming home from filling up the ol' gas tank *has heart attack from the price* and was getting ready to turn left onto my street. the street i was on kinda curves, and there was a semi truck ahead of me, so i couldn't see if there were any cars coming the other way. well, i saw one and stopped to let him pass and the guy behind me rear-ends my car. and to add insult to injury he took off! of course he took off too fast for me to get the license plate, but i did get a fairly decent description of the car he was driving. luckily, my bumper's pretty banged up, but the lights and everything still work. i just can't open my trunk. and this is the weird part. the guy who i let pass saw what happened and came back. someone he's related to used to go to church with my family before she passed away and he recognized my dad. there's also not too many teal Broncos around anymore, so hopefully the cops catch this loser.

Why is my $20 guitar tuner falling despite not even being used for a year, and unfourantly not used very much at all these last few months?

Why did the guitar string have to break and hit my finger?

And why why why can't I tell if he accepted my apology?? We haven't been talking for over a month...I hate it! And I decided to be the stronger person and apologize. Yeah, I went psycho on him, but I felt he had been treating me like crap, and he couldn't have thought that I stopped liking him. I've liked him for ten years! He was my best friend. I miss him so much. I got jealous. And this other girl didn't help after our fight...It seemed like a good idea to apologize!

Now that it seems like I'm accepted up the firehall, I started thinking about him less and less. Except for these last few days. It seems like there's a void. Ugh.

But yeah, I probably shouldn't have gone that psycho on him. But yeah, I think there was alot of stress on me. Maybe I'm just really selfish. Am I? I hope not.

But come on. He knows I change my mind alot, I'm a girl. He knows me. I can't believe he actually thought that I hated him and never wanted to talk to him again. Why did I say that? I was mad but still..

I can't believe he was hurt. His sister says he cried (manly tears, she says) and was really depressed that week. I've seen him cry twice in the ten years I've known him. I can't even describe how hurt, upset, and anger I am knowing there's a good possiblity knowing that I'll be friends with him again.

Oh God.

What can I do?

well, i got my mom's car, so now i have wheels. yay. now on to my rant for the day:

so, one of the lab assistants didn't show up today, so i had to cover a 2-4 class. keep in mind, i come into work at 2. so there i am scrambling around to get handouts ready and computers logged on for the class, and we run out of handouts. then, the printer does something screwy, so i had to go use the copy machine (which i've never used before). then there was this guy that should not have been in the class because he had no idea what the heck was going on and kept me tied down trying to help him and i couldn't help anyone else. and he kept bickering with this other guy, which really irritated me, the instructor, and everyone else in the class. a couple people even left early. and then i had to replace two classes worth of disks because whoever was supposed to do it last didn't.

i noticed this morning when i pulled some cash out of my bank account that what i have written down as my balance and what the bank says is my balance don't match. so i've been trying to figure out where i went wrong all day and i'm still about $15 off. and i can't figure out where i messed up. my brain hurts from crunching all the numbers, and i'm really frustrated that i can't figure it out. GAH!!

i hate jobs.

i was approached today at work (McDonald's) by my general manager asking if i was going to stay working there while i was at school. when i told her i was still thinking about it, she told me that she wants to make me a part-time manager with justin, the manager who's going to college in mankato, too. it would be weekends and she says that my potential is really good for management, and she's willing to have me start as manager next month.

here comes the problem.

my other general manager (at Vanity) is training me to be a keyholder (manager) since i'll be 18 in august.

i really want to be a manager...and i really like both jobs...and i don't know which one i want. i know McDonald's currently holds more potential since there aren't so many goals that i have to make in one day and the atmosphere would be so much easier. i just know that there would be a lot of people mad at me tho too because i've only worked there for a month now and i've already been (in my gm's words) showing more potential than someone who's worked there for a year. i don't know what to do...eep!

So, I decided to send this guy I've liked a year a Myspace friend request. Me and this kid, Frank, we had a screwed up year together. He knew I liked him (though I'm not sure if he thinks I still do or not) and we both kinda acted stupid. He's friends with a fellow juinor firefighter of mine, who knows I like him. I don't know if I should give him a comment or what! Just thinkin about him makes me stomach drop. It really sucks. Definitly the hardest crush I've ever had.

And I've only seen him once this summer, totally by accident, but he never saw me. What am I gonna do if we have a class together?
