Stupid idiots that want normal skin flora worked up on a urine specimen because every specimen we've received has been normal skin flora for 4 days and we aren't getting a clean catch so we can't tell if there is anything significant there or not. Either teach your patient how to give a clean catch or get the specimen via a catheter so that we don't keep calling the culture mixed.
