low paying jobs don't

there are some 50,000 people without any insurance at all because they can't get it through their job, but they make to much to qualify for medicare.

Most of these folks are women and children, of course.

So I only actually get ?333.93 of it. :(

Politicians wont touch it because America is divided. You cant really blame it on politicians.

If you had the choice of writing a report. If the boss liked it he would look on your favorably but if he disliked it he would fire you, would you do it? more often than not the answers no :p

Actually, it's because the rich people and cooperations give loads of money to the politicians and have them in their pockets. You're not going to get far by increasing taxes on the people supporting your campaign costs.

Haha, you're not going for if you piss your constituants off either. There is obviously corruption, but its also peoples votes that matter as well. ((Called Pork Barreling, spend federal money to help their people so they can brag about it in elections))

Yeah, our health care system is screwed up. Most people wait until they're really sick and then go to the ER because they can't afford health insurance. In fact, as I found out at my hospital, if you have health plus (which is a type of insurance) and need lab testing done, the only people with health plus that has their insurance cover testing at our facility are hospital employees

It'll suck after I graduate....I'll no longer be able to be under my dad's insurance (which is pretty good....one good thing about Kellogg's, perhaps the only thing ).
