lol, What we usually do, is have another manager back us up, ask the abusive customer to leave (refund their order if neccesary), and threaten to call the police if they don't calm down or leave.

If so, you probably have a patient relations specialist person who can come and mediate the whole thing. And if needs be, you can always call security.
