the missions with kyle are the best, and the last couple levels are really fun

I just use the standard Jedi skin... can't remember what hilt I use, but I generally use dual-sabers one green one purple.

I've decided to play through again as a purple-skinned twi'lek female with the gold lekku wraps and gold outfit, purple bladed defender, but I will then get the vanquisher saber staff, probably yellow or green

I agree, the dual sabers is the way to go, just thought I'd try something different. some of the moves for the staff are sweet though, like the attack kata and butterfly attack

My charachter in the game is a human male, I had a green lightsaber before, (forgot which hilt) and then I died, so I decided to go dual sabers. I wanted one to be blue or green, while the other was red, symbolizing the balance between good and evil. (Or I just think blue and red together look cool) But they wouldn't let me use red. So instead I did that with my KOTOR charachter, a green one and a red one. My JA charachter has blue and green instead.
