Princess 35 Posted May 2, 2009 Hairdressers love puffy hair. My hair is always 10 times bigger than normal after I get it cut and styled
Uncle Du 22 Posted May 2, 2009 I've been wanting to let mine grow out all around, but after a couple weeks, the wife always wants me to trim it on the sides. That, coupled with the fact that I'll be a reservist for the Navy, means that I'll never be able to have the fro that I want. :p

Andy 60 Posted May 4, 2009 What on earth is funnel cake? And I'll never understand why anyone would want to site outside/in their car and watch a film...
Uncle Du 22 Posted May 4, 2009 (edited) We saw Wolverine. And watching a movie outside is something that you HAVE to experience once in your life. Oh, and a funnel cake is this deep fried dough concoction... ...best served with powdered sugar on top. Edited May 4, 2009 by Du

Uncle Du 22 Posted May 4, 2009 it's a staple fair/carnival deliciousness. dang it, Du! now i want funnel cake! Muhahahahah!! Looks like a big pile of worms made out of doughnut! That's essentially what it is. It is SOOOOOO yummy!!!

Mara 29 Posted May 5, 2009 I wanna go to a drive-in, but the one closest to here does double features, and most of the time, I only want to see one of the two. I ain't paying for two movies and seeing just one.
Uncle Du 22 Posted May 5, 2009 You don't pay for a double feature at a drive-in like you would at a theater. You pay by how many people you have in your car. We paid 7 bucks per person, and we could have seen two...Taken was on, but the pregnant lady that I live with was tired. ;)
Mara 29 Posted May 5, 2009 (edited) Nah, this one is per person. $8 for adults. Haha, I looked and this one was showing Taken with Wolverine, as well. Crazy. :p Edited May 5, 2009 by Mara
Uncle Du 22 Posted May 5, 2009 Yea, I just said, we pay per person too...not by movie. They must have some sorta deal with the studios or something for what movies get shown with each other....or nothing like that at all. I just don't believe in coincidence. Mara 29 Posted May 5, 2009 Exactly. I don't want to pay $8 and see only one movie, if I came to see two. Ooh, sweet, Tues and Thurs it's only $5.
Uncle Du 22 Posted May 5, 2009 If they're showing two movies on one screen that night, you only pay at the gate to get in. :p
Mara 29 Posted May 5, 2009 Yeah, but I want my money's worth! :p
Uncle Du 22 Posted May 5, 2009 It's still only 8 bucks! It's like 9 or higher in the theater!! Plus, you can bring blankets and junk and camp out. :D
Andy 60 Posted May 5, 2009 This is Mara you are trying to argue with. :p
Uncle Du 22 Posted May 5, 2009 Haha, yea, sheesh. All I was trying to do was say that you don't pay per movie at a drive in. :p
