Mara 29 Posted May 5, 2009 It's still only 8 bucks! It's like 9 or higher in the theater!! Plus, you can bring blankets and junk and camp out. I always go for the matinee at $6.50. I'm cheap. And I know I don't pay per movie, but if I'm driving an hour to get there, I'm gonna get my money's worth out of it and watch both movies. :p
Uncle Du 22 Posted May 5, 2009 Well hell, if it's an hour away, that makes a huge difference. :p

Winters 0 Posted May 6, 2009 Haha. You Americans and your unnecessary violence. Doesn't Canada have more guns per capita? (Let's ignore the fact that you guys do have less violent crime, or well, crime period...)
Uncle Du 22 Posted May 6, 2009 Haha. You Americans and your unnecessary violence. As I recall, you were the one that posted a picture of your bacon and eggs with a gun and knife. :p
Mara 29 Posted May 6, 2009 You're supposed to give all the details right up front. I thought it was inferred with the "closest one to me" part I wrote. Yeah. :shifty:
Drake 53 Posted May 6, 2009 Doesn't Canada have more guns per capita? (Let's ignore the fact that you guys do have less violent crime, or well, crime period...) I have never heard that statistic. In fact, I just checked. The United States has the most with 90 guns per 100 people. Second is India with China in third. Canada is down in the ranks with Sweden, Austria and Germany with 30 guns per 100 people. Do your homework next time. As I recall, you were the one that posted a picture of your bacon and eggs with a gun and knife. Those weren't my bacon and eggs. :p
Uncle Du 22 Posted May 6, 2009 I thought it was inferred with the "closest one to me" part I wrote. Yea, but you say "closest" and well, any way. Lets not beat this dead horse any more. *wonders if now horse race fans will be offended...* Those weren't my bacon and eggs. Sooooo, just the weapons then....somehow this isn't changing anything in my eyes. ;)
Winters 0 Posted May 6, 2009 I am doing my homework, just not that homework (I'm in finals week... I have to do a whole semesters work of Latin ASAP (by Friday), a three page essay (real simple) by tomorrow, then I have to write an eight page paper by 10:30 CST Thursday, and rewrite a six page paper for Friday... and the paper for Thursday, the teacher is being a real pain by demanding that we make copies of our sources that we use, the entire chapter it comes from, to make sure we don't plagerize, pardon spelling). No idea where you'd heard that statistic, or why you'd even come close to believing it. Especially living in Texas. Don't they sell automatics in little gumball machines out there? :p Edited May 6, 2009 by Chickenman
Winters 0 Posted May 6, 2009 No, they sell them in the reformed ciggerette machines...
