Why you say? Because women have to deal with WOMEN! With the insecure, petty, bullsith that is women. We're competitive with each other. We have no idea what sisterhood is. We're snide and snippy and unbelievably rude for no reason other than our own bullsith. And men don't make us this way. We just are this way!

I think the idea of one gender having a 'tougher time' is relatively insane, considering none of us here have really experienced both 'sides'. It's hard to judge when you don't know what your talking about :p

:???: I can't actually remember the last time I personally had a male boss. But I do know quite a few men that are bosses and those that slept with them generally got asked to leave employment. ;)
