Well, I usually just eat cheeseburgers, not the big fancy ones.... and I like BK cheeseburgers better than McD's. Better taste, IMO. And BK's are flamebroiled, not cooked in fat, like McD's. :p

McDs beefburgers aren't cooked in fat, they are grilled on hotplate-type clam grills. The bottom platen being 177 oC, and the top is 218 oC. And cooked for 45 seconds with a touch of salt added before being removed from the grill.

There. That's your useless info for today. ;)

It's incredibly useless considering Celsius is like Sanskrit to me.

For all of you Imperial heathens, I'll try to help you out. :p

0 oC = water freezing point or 32 oF

100 oC = water boiling point or 212 oF

So your two temperatures, B, would be 350.6 oF and 424.4 oF.

In other words, they're pretty damn hot, lol.

*sigh* Very well. *opens his handy uber-conversion program*

0 oC = 32 oF = 273.15 oK

100 oC = 212 oF = 373.15 oK

177 oC = 350.6 oF = 450.15 oK

218 oC = 424.4 oF = 491.15 oK

That's all I'm doing. :p
