Ayingel 24 Posted January 4, 2012 Do you have a gym membership? My gym here has on demand fitness classes, including yoga, that you can do whenever you want.
Radioactive Isotope 29 Posted January 4, 2012 You could also get some Yoga DVDs or fitness game for whichever of the consoles you have.
Pandora 77 Posted January 4, 2012 I don't have a gym membership; I can't afford one. I have a tape or two. The problem is there isn't much space in the house. Actually, because the yoga class I took was for course credit (being a senior with extra time and no regard for the negative impacts of student loans is awesome) it was taught in such a way as to make you able to design your own routine, which I did. So I know enough to be my own yoga instructor, and after some limbering up and strengthening, if I did join a class I could probably start at an intermediate level to learn some more complex poses. It's okay. I'm finding new ways to focus myself. Desperation is the mother of innovation, afterall.
