Radioactive Isotope 29 Posted June 7, 2007 you know they will. there should be allowances for situations like this. yes, she has an obligation to the military, but she has an obligation to her family first. and if her child is getting abused, or there's domestic violence going on in the home, the kid needs to be removed. so what would they do? put the kid in foster care when she's got a perfectly capable mother, just because her mother is sitting in military jail for desertion when she only "deserted" to ensure her child was alright? absolutely rediculous.
