Then I would suggest that they are not a "christian" organisation, as descrimation like that goes against the modern ethos of christianity. IMO.

In this day and age, discrimination like that should be illegal anyway. In fact, over here I'm pretty sure it is.*

ewoking a! i am going to start a riot in minnesota. they just passed a law saying that provisional drivers CANNOT have cell phones in their cars. it isn't even proven that they are the causes of accidents, and they even say they can't connect them. and when i am talking to EVERYONE under 21 i know, they're just as pissed off as me. the other thing that is stupid? it is also illegal for them to have more that one person under 21 in their car. i could kill the government! "oh, lets make teens waste precious money on gas because only two people per car people. oh, and on top of that, let's take away all of their jobs, too." GGGRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAGH! i am calling up my rep tomorrow to get things straightened up. they cannot make it just teens who can't have phones in cars. more adults get into problems with cars than teens do. so you know what? they can shove it up their asses. i'm fed up. who's with me?

In Soviet Russia... Err, I mean in the UK it is illegal to use a mobile phone while driving, unless you are using a hands-free kit that answers calls automatically. Unless it is an emergency call.

not allowed more than one person under 21 in a car? Wow, most places try to encourage car-sharing. :|

i know. that's the flaw. i'm taking it up today...this afternoon..when i get there...and if he isn't there, i am going to have an email.

oh...and about the headsets. it sounds as if you can't even use those and i said "WHAT THE HELL? it's like having another person in the car!"

Well one thing I can see is that younger drivers don't have the experience that younger drivers do. You haven't been on the road as much and you don't need added distractions of cell phones. When I got my first cell phone (sithty tracfone that it was) I was forbidden by my parents to use it while driving. I had to pull over if I needed to make a call or answer it. And I highly doubt that your representative will be in his office on a Sunday afternoon

i'm not supposed to talk on my phone while driving either. but i do sometimes. i think it's a good idea to have younger drivers not talk on the phone while driving, but it should be something they do themselves, not make a law about it.
