Speaking of freaked out. Funny story:

So Kia's coming to town this weekend and she's staying at my house. So Mom thought it would be fun to decorate the dining and living rooms so we can have a Halloween party. So she put up some spiderwebs, giant spiders, some table decorations, a few headstones, a zombie in the window, orange lights, that sort of thing. Well there are two electronic things on the table.

It's kinda late this evening, about 11pm, and Mom and I are talking in the dining room when I hear this weird sound. So I stop and listen, but mom keeps talking. Then I hear it again, and she notices it and looks at me, asking really quietly "Did you hear that?" I nodded, starting to get a little nervous. "Is it one of those groaner things?" she asked me. I shook my head. I wasn't sure, I said, but it sounded kinda like it may have been. So we're staring at each other, so nervous. I'm about to start shaking and we hear it again through the silent room. It was a muffled voice moaning, "Help me!" At this point, I'm about to just run out the door. We hear it one more time and mom's head snaps in the direction of the table."IT'S THIS!" She yells triumphantly, picking up a plastic skull and flipping a switch on the back. "The volume was just down really low!" So she turned it off, we caught our breath and then cracked up.

Scared by our own decorations!!

My computer is so annoying. Does anyone else have a computer that actually makes you cold cos its blowing a cool breeze out of it? It's REALLY irritating... it's winter, I want to be WARM dammit!
