(If you ask me, that's absolute bullsith. Covering up the mistakes of the past by pretending they never existed is just plain stupid. It only allows the same mistakes to happen again. I was making fun of Japan for doing the same thing last night. It has Hiroshima's Peace Park, yet it keeps WWII out of it's textbooks. And the world sees them as the innocent victims that got hit by our atomic bombs. No one notices the fact that their army was freaking barbaric in the 30's and 40's. The Rape of Nanking? The Bataan Death March? Even Pearl Harbor, to some extent. The fact that they tortured the POWs they captured?)
