GI_Admiral 2 Posted October 7, 2004 (edited) Alright...yes i know it might bring up bad memories but oh well. This is just out of curiosity and to prove something to someone If you took Statistics or another type of Math put that under AP/Honors and tell which one Edited October 7, 2004 by Generally Inept
Mickey 1 Posted October 7, 2004 I clicked first year calculus, but in our school it was AP calculus ... even though not one person from our high school has ever passed the AP test, hmmm could've been because we only covered three chapters of the book. Oh well, I'm now finally in my third semester of math in college ... where I would've started had our AP class been worth its weight in salt. Yeah, I'm a bitter person. But hey I never turned in a math assignment in high school and am at the top of my section in MATH 182 .. so eat it high school ... holdin me back, pssh

Drake 53 Posted October 7, 2004 I'm a frickin' Broadcasting student. Math is the last thing on my mind. But anyway...I don't know the American equivalent but I took two Math at a U (University) level in grades 9 and 10 and then, when I knew I didn't want to go to Uni, I took C (College) level in grades 11 and 12. TheUnknown 39 Posted October 7, 2004 I actually took FOUR math classes in high school. First half of Calculas AB then the second have for AP students AP Statistics some class on balancing checkbooks because I couldn't find another elective. The good news is I got fours on AP Calculas and AP Statistics and HAVE NO MATH IN COLLEGE. *Celebrates being a social science major and not having more than the liberal arts math.*

Andy 60 Posted October 7, 2004 that wasn't why i dropped it. I dropped it because I was crap at it. lol I am seriously useless at maths. I must have been insane to choose it for A-level, I guess I let my ego get the better of me when I amazed myself be getting a grade-C at GCSE. lol

Mickey 1 Posted October 7, 2004 I've always had a thing for the math and sciences. I guess you could say that the math is strong in my family. I have it, my mother has it, and my sister has it. fun little paraphrase. I guess you have to pull good grades when your mother has doctorette in Math education ...
