Darth Paladin 0 Posted April 26, 2006 Hey did anyone watch Sharpes Challenge on Channel Four the other night? Great two part drama starring Sean Bean as an Irish soldier serving in the British Army in India. Really worth a look, I understand there were more in the past, going to see if I can find them, because Sean Bean is just so *swoon* Okay this is getting wierd. Sharpes Challenge: A+

Brumak 2 Posted April 28, 2006 Anyways, I finally got Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children. YAY! Psh....I've had my bootlegged copy for months Don't need an English version...subtitles work perfectly fine for me. Sounds better in Japanese I bet. Most imports I've watched get botched when it comes to voice-overs. With the exception of a few animes. Speaking of one of those animes....Cowboy Bebop just came on. *flies away*

Mara 29 Posted April 30, 2006 So I watched Fight Club last night.... I do have to say, that going into it, I had had some misconceptions about the film. The plot and storyline was totally different than what I was expecting. That said, I think it was a pretty good movie. Not something I'd want to watch again, not for a couple years at least, lol. It kept me thinking, which is good and surprised me, double good, because I hate predictable movies. Great acting. It was well made. I'd go with, say.... a B+. Princess 35 Posted April 30, 2006 Geek! Take the Lead: A Ballroom dancing instructor (Antonio Banderas, extra points for the hottiness factor) witnesses inner city school kid vandalising car. Goes to the school and takes over detention by teaching the kids about ballroom dancing and enters them in a competition. Awesome dances and good music grooves. Alexander 0 Posted April 30, 2006 Looked like Sister Act: Part 2, with dancing and Antonio Banderas.
