Princess 35 Posted January 22, 2006 Ok, these are the pics that I took at the Great Wolf Lodge this weekend, and I put them in story form for this thread at another board where we have a member named Wolfie that has been missing forever and there's too many pics to retitle them all, so that explains the story that you're all about to get On my trip this weekend to The Great Wolf Lodge, I decided what better place to find our missing friend Wolfie, so I was determined to find him, even if I had to search the entire Lodge. Luckily we received a warm welcome for our search and even found out that we were going to be upgraded to a jacuzzi suite with a fireplace and even a phone in the bathroom to help with our search for Wolfie. Of course, we needed to relax after the long trip to the Great Wolf so kick back we did in the jacuzzi. Then we started to look for Wolfie. We asked his cousins if they knew where Wolfie was, but they didnt' know. Then I found the Great Wolf and he told me where to find Wolfie. Guess where Wolfie was... That's right, the waterpark and he sure looked like he was enjoying himself. I convinced Wolfie that we missed him and he came to my room and dried out by the fireplace and lounged on the bed while my friends and I rode the carousel at the local mall. When we got back to the room we found Wolfie hanging by the hot tub so, I joined him. Then we decided to explore the lodge. First we were attacked by a bear! Luckily, the bear turned out to be friendly and he offered us a chair. The Wolfie decided to stalk a deer and we met more of his relatives. After meeting more relatives, we sat together in a chair fit for a Princess and met more woodland creatures. We took a quick glance at some pretty winter trees and then imagine our surprise when we ran into Moose! Moose introduced us to his friends squirrel and bear and turtle. Then we saw more of Wolfie's cousins and some elk too. On our way back to our room we met Wolfie's cousin Wylie, who lives at the Lodge all the time. And we also ran into some more bears. After all that excitement it's no wonder that we needed more jacuzzi time. Unfortunately, it became time to go home so we got all packed up for it. We stopped and said Goodbye to Moose and then stopped and saw the herd of bison before it was time to leave the beauty of upper Michigan and go home. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
