Oh my goodness, guys. I'm actually goings to watch the Oscars for the first time this year. They've been absolutely useless to me in the past. Oscar-bait movies that pretend to make a superficial statement about something or other always win over actual quality movies that mean something. And then I get to watch some of my favorite comedians bomb in front of a hall of actors with sticks wedged up their asses. But I am so impressed with the nominations this year (mostly due to the ten nomination best picture category) that I'm going to subject myself to the ceremonies.
