The Star Wars Character Purges

Got that Star Wars character you just can't stand? Feel free to hunt them down, drag them here, and kill them. We also have an unlimited supply of Jar-Jar Binks and Kyp Durron clones for your mutilating pleasure. But first, a brief history of the Character Purges:

The Character Purges initially started on the StarWars.com message boards shortly after Star By Star was published. Following the outrage at the death of Anakin Solo, a small group of posters banded together to form the Author Purges to express our displeasure at our beloved characters being killed off. The simulated violence against the writers was not well received, however, so the thread shifted to killing off those oh so annoying characters that have cropped up in the decades of the Star Wars Saga. Then came the Great Role-Playing Purge of the main site, and along with the Jedi Punks, Jacen Philosopher's Lounge, and so many other RPs and FanFiction groups, the Character Purges were shuffled from forum to forum until finally they died off. Much of the material, including Blockbuster movie parodies, has been lost. Now we have a chance to start anew, so let the killing begin! :D
