I won't be able to afford one anyway. lol

Plus I got enough PS1, PC, and PS2 games to keep me going.

but, hmm....

~ wireless controllers

I thought it had already been etsablished that wireless devices weren't ideal for gaming? Oh well, seems like something else to go wrong to me.

~ DVD movie, CD & photo playback support

Ehh, DVD and CD isn't so much a feature these days...

~ stream music & photos via USB from MP3 players, digital cameras, etc.

Umm... TV cables usually come as standard with digital cameras, so that seems like a bit of a needless thing.

1. Wireless has already happened for all consoles I think

2. Pffft atleast it looks better than the hulking xbox 1

3. hopefully :p

4. Xbox live for free?

5. Not bad not bad...confirms the known that its a computer with massive amounts of graphics cards though :p

6. Same as original

7. If it has a harddrive it wouldnt be that new to do those

btw look like a play station :p

and PS3 I think will be better :p

I'm thinking that with the wireless controller and the DVD movie stuff, it all comes built in...whereas in the X-Box 1 you had to buy them seperately.

And Live Silver is for chatting with your friends, sharing files and downloading game content. There's Live Gold for online play...and that has a monthly fee.

Does it let you chat with anyone on PCs? I'm guessing not, in which case it isn't that brilliant. Unless everyone gets X-boxes. Which is unlikely.

Xbox 360, like the original, is probably gonna be outsold by PS3 by a large margin. So far Sony's had 80 million or so PS2's sold in the US. Only 25 million Xbox's have been sold compared to that.

I'm a big Xbox fan though, so I'll probably save up for it.

PS3 will do better, thats why gates needs halo3

Well of course it will do better. Sony has flooded the market with cheaper, inferior technology. Just because they sell more, it doesn't mean it's better. ;)

Only time will tell. :p

As Dreamcast prooved, just because something is released first, doesn't mean it'll sell more.

I couldn't find a point-by-point list so I'll have to look around. The stuff I listed already is from the article I posted. If you sift through it, there's some stuff about the graphic cards and stuff.

I'm hoping the XB2 will be backwards compatible...that would be sweet.

That's why I prefer consoles over computer gaming. You don't have to keep throwing money into them..even though top-of-the-line gaming computers have better graphics and such.

Nintendo Official Site

IGN

The Revolution looks like it'll be a contender. Really interested in the new input device.

Backwards compatable, Wi-fi capable, can hook up to a computer monitor and television, and it's extremely compact.

The biggest thing...you can download games from the last 20 years. Even NES.

But technically you have to upgrade your console too. :p

Did you forget about the part where you have to buy a whole new system and games every few years? :p

To get a good video card you'll spend upwards of 200 dollars. You can rent video games for consoles which you can't for PC's. That already lowers the cost a lot.
