My friend said he played hacky sack with a drunken homeless person. Or something like that.

No, I remember now...it was a group of drunken homeless people, not just one.

are there any games that aren't best played drunk?

Maybe baseball, we threw a few back before our 4th of July tourney ... and it was really hot out. But it was funny seeing The Passion (our coach was a pastor/pathological liar named Curtis, extended to The Passion of the Curtis, from irony, then shortened to The Passion) slowly realize half the team was havin a good strong buzz ;). But we always play board games, like Trivial Pursuit or monopoly drunk. My trivia memory is uninhibited when I am. I remember having a ski off at the 40 ft tow-in kicker we built at my friends land up in the foothills ... that was pretty sick. Massive bonfire, lotsa booze, lotsa booty, lotsa good times. Mostly though board games and poker are used as drinking games ... even the Halo/Bond/whatever multiplayer video games can be used as drinking games.
