Beeurd: your suggestions have been added.

Chozen: no, I just felt the need after the semi/lorry thing yesterday and the fag/cigarette thing a few weeks ago.

I can't use "junction" as it is used here, too. And is there a word for "any paved surface, particularly asphalt or concrete?"

I meant intersection, not interchange anyway...

As for any paved surface I can't think of anything... Pavement is generally just what goes along the side of roads...

The word "pants" is like "chips," it's used both in the UK and US, but for different things. The UK version of it corresponds to the American word "underwear." The American version corresponds to the British word "trousers."

mm... then you'd like to be around when I get ready for school in the morning...

"Oh damn... this shirt doesn't look right with these pants..."

"sith, I have to change my pants, I got toothpaste on them"

and the most frequent...

"Oh hell! My pants haven't been washed!"
