Heh, the Clown Wars.

So, what's the deal with post-NJO books anyway. I've heard a lot of hearsay, and speculation, but no solid fact. I'm really curious as to where the story will be taken next. I think that writers are going to have a hard time topping the NJO. It was a fantastic series.

Is it just me or does Luceno get an awful lot of books to write for someone who's previous works within the EU aren't that highly regarded? Who is he sleeping with?

Bah, I liked Cloak of Deception and The Unifying Force.

It's just that terrible Agents of Chaos duology... *shudder*

The post-NJO nine-book series I mentioned in another thread is CONFIRMED. Denning, Allston, and Karen Traviss (think that's her name) will alternate books.

Also, Zahn said that he is working on a book called Allegiance (working title), which ties in with his Outbound Flight novel. It is set between ANH and ESB, Luke is not yet a Jedi (quote: "and hopefully not too whiney"), and Mara Jade is at the height of her powers as the Emperor's Hand. He hopes to have at least one scene with Mara and Vader together. Sounds awesome already! :D
