Galactic Basic: Pandora - Viewing Profile

Hello, my name is Pod and I... I'm a nerd. But a cool nerd. Here's how I know... New Year's day, 2010, my brother-in-law and his friends (single male anime dorks all of them) played video games in my living room. I, on the other hand, used my time to discover that Star Wars C5 was going to be in Orlando; I was clearly the most ecstatic persn present (nerd proof). I know I am cool about it, because, out of all the dorks, I was the only one with boobs.

I find joy in the little things that are really the most insane coincidences. My car broke down on campus, and while my husband and father-in-law are on their way in the Batmobile to rescue me, I spent an hour and a half reading The Dresden Files by Jim Butcher. Shortly after my Knights ride in to give the dragon CPR, a very tall, skinny, rather scruffy young man pulls aside in a VERY old powder blue VW Beetle and kindly offers to help. After picking my jaw up from the asphalt I managed to say, "No, thank you," and he puttered away. Two questions came to mind in quick sucession... What are the odds? and more importantly... What's going on in Memphis that requires the services of Chicago's only professional wizard??? Google it. It's like Harry Potter for grown-ups.
