I think Whie was the boy who ran out and pwned the clones before being gunned down in front of Bail. That seems to be the biggest role worthy of getting credited for. The other would be the youngling who spoke with Anakin in the Council room...but he was far too young to be Whie.
As for Quinlan Vos...maybe he'll be in a deleted scene. One can only hope.

I know vehicles don't really count as characters, but the Juggernaut (Clone Turbo Tank) seen in Ep3 is actually from EU. A version of it is in the OLD Essential Guide to Vehicles and Vessels.
