Zonama Sekot holds the key to ending the bloody war between the Galactic Alliance and the Yuuzhan Vong invaders. As Luke Skywalker negotiates an alliance with the living planet, Yuuzhan Vong operatives steal one of the world's organic starships for delivery to scientist Nen Yim. Yim's research not only uncovers the mysteries of the planet, but also long-forgotten secrets of the Yuuzhan Vong. Elsewhere, General Wedge Antilles leads a three-pronged campaign to take the Bilbringi system, but becomes stranded in Yuuzhan Vong space. He must rely on his wits to survive long enough to continue one of the deadliest and most crucial missions of the Alliance.

I'm about half way into the book now so I guess I'll share some juicy spoilers...
- Master Shaper Nen Yim is given a Sekotan vessel to study. This ship was stolen during the Yuuzhan Vong's first attack on Zonama Sekot prior to the events of Rogue Planet. Nen Yim discovers that the Sekotan ship is strikingly similar to Vong coralskippers on the cellular level.
- Nen Yim sends a messenger to Y'Shaa asking him for help in getting her to Zonama Sekot.
- Nom Anor (aka Y'Shaa) sends a message to the GFFA asking for help in getting himself, alone, to ZS since it is the planet "foreseen" in his prophecies. He also sends information on Yuuzhan'tar's defensive positions.
- Corran Horn and Tahiri are sent in a stolen Vong ship to Yuuzhan'tar to meet this Prophet then take him to ZS. Their ship is heavily damaged.
- They meet Y'Shaa and he tells them that they need to take one of the Shapers with them because she has a ship. They agree (Corran, grudgingly) and Y'Shaa leads them to the surface and get to the Shaper compound while a group of Shamed Ones stage a diversion.
- Tahiri goes into a rage when she sees Nen Yim and gets stabbed by a warrior. They all take off in Nen Yim's newly Vong-modified Sekotan ship, including the priest Harrar, and jump off to ZS.
- In other news...the GFFA fleet has retaken Fondor.
That is all for now...
